Inspiration:

Turning my attention within has been a life-saving gift. Meditation has proven to be one of the most powerful practices I have to access the truth of my inner self. Resting in the stillness, and allowing myself to release into the open void is unlike any other experience. It has changed my life learning how to live in the present moment with non-judgmental awareness. There is so much power in connecting to the source which always expands my being and potential.
